Tom's forty year career encompasses helping individuals and leading organizations to integrate substantive work transition knowledge with personal and spiritual exploration. His Christian foundation is broad and open while incorporating time honored ideas from Jesus, Ignatius of Loyola, Thomas Merton, Teresa of Avila, Henri Nouwen, and others. He has strived to integrate faith into his personal and professional life, culminating in the co-founding of the Center for Life Transitions, Inc. He is quick to say that his family is most valuable to him, and that in matters of both faith and family he has fallen short too many times to count.
