The books has suffered a fair amount of shelf rubbing, the spines top and bottom corners have in particular seen some heavy use, with minor cracking to the top and bottom of the spine. There is a small rip on the pastedown of the first page with some writing opposite, and a small stamp from a previous owner in the book but all comic portions appear entirely clean and clear throughout. 'Tanguy and Laverdure are two friends from the French air-force flying school with opposite personalities. While Tanguy is serious, honest and obedient, Laverdure is eccentric, blundering and awkward, as well as an irredeemable skirt-chaser. However, Laverdure is a strong teammate for Tanguy in difficult situations.
