The collection the catalogue described suffered heavy losses during World War II, but has since been brought up to strength again..As a pilot venture for an eventual re-styling of the whole catalogue, Dr Fischer has re-catalogued one particular section of the library's collection: the English books on architecture and decoration, pattern books, cottage books and the like.
