The uniqueness of the book is the way that Author, Liz Shaw not only generously shares with the reader some very real and difficult personal circumstances that have occurred in her life, how she overcame them and how she was healed, but with a touch of humor and practical application, the author shows the reader in a well organized step by step guide on how they too can be healed and move on to live a healthier and happier life. At the end of each chapter, the author includes a helpful work/study guide for your own personal use. The steps in the book are easy to follow, easy to understand, and very well written. I especially enjoyed the way Liz Shaw used humor throughout the book. I highly recommend this handbook for anyone who seriously wants to understand how to overcome difficult circumstances in a healthy and positive way that not only leads to healing, but also to having a closer relationship with God.
