First edition, very good + orange coth hardcover shows light soil and shelf wear to covers including a bump and light bit of fray at top corner of rear cover, touch of soil at endpapers and page edges, tiny rub spot at front pastedown and some other very light trace wear, else tight and clean, in good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows rubbing, mild exposure darkening along spine, what looks to be green staining to rear panel though there is no sign of staining to reverse so maybe it is meant to be that way, long closed tear to better portion of front panel fore edge, open chip to S in title along spine, small open chip at rear fore edge, tiny open chip along spine edge, and with small open chips and closed tears at top and bottom edges. 249 pages. Still a fairly pleasing copy in mostly complete jacket of this second Rex McBride mystery.
