As-found condition, sold as a great reading copy. 3/4 green leather with gilt accents, raised bands with gilt devices and gilt title, matching fine woven green cloth covered boards. Original front paper cover bound in. Unpaginated. Profusely illustrated in bw. The most important exhibition ever of American Decorative Arts. Tucked into this copy are maybe a dozen slips of paper revealing when and to whom certain pieces were sold, all in the early 1930s.
