It saw action in many clnfilicts including the Crimean War, the Siege of Sevastopol, the battle of Waterloo, the Second Boer War, and many others. ... ... ... ... ... Spankie 1950). Tight, clean text blocks. very good Regimental history that traces the 13th Hussars from their raising in 1715 until 1909. Originally known as Munden's Dragoons, the 13th was active in the Jacobite rebellions of 1715 and 1745, Waterloo (1815), the Crimean War and the Boer War (1899-1902). A comprehensive review that draws on the regimental Manuscripts as well a private diaries of its officers. Scarce. 1911
