Covers and spine flat, clean, bright, no rips, four bruised corners one with slight paper rip, spine is a bit sunned, top and bottom of spine have a bit of edge wear, bottom of spine free end is a bit flattened with a few 1/8 inch creases, book has minimal edge wear. Top page edges are dark green very slightly sunned, side and bottom are white very slightly dusty.
