Written on British Embassy letterheads and addressed to Senator Joseph M. Dixon who served as the Senator and later the Governor of Montana. One typed letter signed by James Bryce to Senator Dixon. Also included is a small invitation card in original envelope for Senator Dixon to attend an informal dinner to meet with the British Ambassador and Mrs. Bryce. Bryce was a member of Parliament and in 1907 was appointed the British Ambassador at Washington.
