Additional faded handwriting under that, possibly by Bull. Original errata and list of other books slip is laid in. Foldout map, photographs, color and sepia illustrations, drawings, biographical data. Previous owner's stamp of Frank DeMilt Hill at top of the half-title; two other partly removed inkstamps, possibly early library stamps, at the colophon.
