Pen markings to front free endpaper. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped Jacket. Panels and spine have light edgewear with tears and creases. Moderate sunning to panels and spine.

New endpapers in green, black and white design, put in by The Bindery Team. Text block tight and only lightly tanned, mainly around the edges. With attractive illustrations by Reginald B. Birch.
