Edition limited to 250 numbered copies, signed and numbered by by Ronald King. A wonderful edition with original full page color screen images designed by King. Laid in at rear, within a gray paper portfolio is an original color print (1 of 20 examples of print number XVIII, The Manciple) signed and initialed by Ronald King. Gift bookplate of the Seminary Library of Dayton, Ohio on front pastedown, but without any other library markings.

Only 300 copies were produced and this is number 123 and comes with authenticity card. Full red/burgundy leather with gilt-stamped cover illustration and lettering on spines. Included is the complete Canterbury Tales with all 36 full-color illustrations from William Russell Flint hand-mounted and protected by tissue paper overlays with captions. Marbled endpapers, gilt edges, and bound-in ribbons as page markers. Text and illustrations are unmarked and clean. Bindings are tight, sturdy, and square. Bottom back corner of fabric-covered slipcase is bumped but corners of books remain sharp. Books were stored together in the slipcase and became stuck together.
