(London: Geoffrey Bles: November 1945) First Edition. Cloth (that is, hard covers) pp. 118. An ownership inscription on front free endpaper. Small mark to rear cloth; otherwise near fine in good dust-jacket: which is chipped at the head of its front panel and at the head of its spine and which has clean tears and old tape stains on its spine and rear panel. Near the chip on the front panel is part of an owner's signature. The spine of the d/j has no title on it - the missing chip at the head of the spine presumably is the reason - and is somewhat sunned and worn with a smaller chip at its foot. The d/j is gloss plasta-ed (semi-archival).
