Letter is in Very Good condition with some wrinkling and darkening at the top letter edge. Outside cloth covers are very nice. Dust Jacket shows some soiling primarily to the back cover with some edge chipping and small missing pieces primarily at the top and bottom of the outside spine and in the top right hand corner of the front cover.
