Hardcover, dark brown pebbled cloth boards half bound with leather to corners and spine. Exterior shows scuffing and soiling in leather is dry and powdery. Leather also shows wear to edges and high points and there is some splitting starting at the top of the hinges. Edges and corners also show bumps/wear. The internal binding is good except for some minor opening starting at the boards. Text pages are secure and tight. Marbled end pages in front and rear. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. There is a small white spot on the front pastedown which may have been caused by a label at one point. Pages are toned due to age and there is some spotting and foxing present. There is a light dampstain along the top edge which starts at about page 770 and continues on to the back of the book.
