The rear flap lists 10 Hardy Boys books. The rear panel lists 13 Ted Scott adventure novels, written by Franklin W. Dixon(Leslie McFarlane), the author of The Hardy Boys. The X Bar X Boys was a series of western adventures for boys created by the Stratemeyer Syndicate and written under the pseudonym of James Cody Ferris. At least some of the books were written by McFarlane, The series started in 1926 and ended with the 21st book in 1942. This is a very good copy in a very good dust jacket.
