In addition to a list of representatives and laws, it includes (among other things) a list of Customs Officials, Revenue amounts and sources, and a complete list of Army and Naval officers with the rank and present duty station of each. Ex-library copy bearing a bookplate, and two small stamps, one of which is a withdrawal; front hinge repaired with paper tape.

Binding with edge wear & rubbing (including small losses), hinges started (still secure), two plates partially split at the folds (now reinforced with archival tissue on the verso), some tattering, toned & foxed, otherwise Good or better & still quite useful.

Large chip to folding plan just effecting the corner of the image, otherwise about very good, period signatures on free front endpaper, though somewhat illegible, boards and spine scuffed, extremities worn, folding items creased, some a bit ragged at the margins when not trimmed, leaves very clean and bright..
