Small bookseller's label to the rear pastedown in the first volume. Faint evidence of moisture along the extremities of the second volume. Minor fading and wear to the edges of the boards, with a split in the cloth at the top corner of the second volume; else about very good.

Donald Cameron on both front pastedowns--one bookplate is remarkably crooked; foxing to the textblock edges and to the plates and adjacent pages; otherwise, fairly clean. Uncommon signed.
