This is an excellent copy of seven complete novels by the great British novelist Graham Greene (1904-1991). This book is now approaching rare status. It includes The Heart of the Matter, Stamboul Train, A Burnt-Out Case, The Third Man, The Quiet American, Loser Takes All, and The Power and the Glory. This is a large book--856 pages.Its only real problem is due to a mistake by the printer: the dust jacket is too big for the book, so it has moved around a lot and is creased and worn.The book itself is in superb condition. No inscriptions, none are price clipped, some light uniform toning to spines. Generally near fine set; uncommon to find complete and in such bright condition.

Thomson from Graham Greene." Publishers dark green cloth bindings with gilt ruling and lettering to the spines and grey endpapers. A fine set of books in very good dustwrappers, designed by Michael Harvey with some toning to the spines and a small amount of rubbing to extremities. Some volumes have a neat previous owner name on the front free endpaper and four of the wrappers nave been neatly price-clipped. A very good set with the added bonus of Greene's signature and inscription in Brighton Rock.
