A hero in World War One, he opposed the partition and worked to mend relations with England. This is "A Sequel to 'Ireland and the British Empire, 1937.'" A Very Good copy of the First Edition, and rather uncommon. Blue cloth binding with gilt lettering on the spine. Clean text; 231 pages, indexed and with appendices. Laid-in is a complimentary card from the author. Corners a bit bumped and some fade to the spine. No dustjacket. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
