A nice association with the WILPF, the venerable activist organization which evolved from Jane Addam's Women's Peace Party. The WILPF presciently denounced the peace treaty ending World War I as a scheme of revenge which would lead to another world war. In this book van Loon argues that "we had better follow [Hitler's] example, and take him quite as seriously as he takes himself". Very Good binding.
