Very good-plus first state, original medium-green cloth boards, tight and bright, with gilt titles and black labels to the spine. Sepia, pictorial endpapers featuring photographs from the film. Illustrated with 8 tipped in color plates and numerous black & white plates and in-text illustrations by W. W. Denslow. Lacking the extremely rare dust jacket. Rubbing and slight chipping to the head and tail of the spine, with light edge and corner wear (but with no bumping). Octavo. 208 pp. Overall, a wonderful copy, one of the best we've seen.
