Edited by J. Murray Allison with a foreword by Theodore Roosevelt. 1/1,050 such copies, this one being printed especially for Harrington E. Walker, grandson of Hiram Walker (think whiskey) and SIGNED by both the secretary of the publisher as well as the artist Raemaekers. Apparently scarce thus. Replete with 125 tipped in plates, many of which are in color.
