This is the first edition form the Scribner series "The Biographical Edition of Stevenson's Works"of the work originally published in 1893.The cover of leather over board still has the bright gilded designs on the front and spine despite much wear and chipping along the edges and spine. The pages are in excellent condition with clear, large print; no tears, foxing, marks, etc.
