An address concerning the Milton Alumni War Memorial Foundation, given at Milton Academy by the then Assistant Secretary of the Navy. The Foundation memoriaized the 22 Milton alumni who died in WWI.

Bookplate of Frederick Baldwin Adams affixed to front endpaper. Lacking dust jacket, but contains a cutout of the front panel from dust jacket, laid in opposite title page. This printing was limited to 1000 copies. This book captures a speech that Franklin Roosevelt gave at Milton Academy in 1926. It was the first publication for the future President of the United States. This book belonged to Frederick Baldwin Adams Jr, the director of the Pierpont Morgan Library in New York City and respected bibliophile.
