Winton Oct 1958" otherwise unmarked and secure in original red cloth binding in edgeworn dustjacket with small chip at head of spine and minor stain at bottom of spine (now in mylar cover). Toning to pp. 152-153 from laid-in news clipping of article on psychological study of integration. Rowan evaluates the progress of school integration since the decision in Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka Kansas case in 1954. PROVENANCE: Rowland Evans was a provocative newspaper columnist, commentator and author who antagonized liberal politicians and championed conservative causes.
