Black cloth spine, gilt title, drab paper boards. Printed at the University Press, Oxford. One of 500 copies from a total edition of 650. Cloth has some fading and the gilt is rubbed, the corners are worn, else a very good copy. The scarce dustwrapper is significantly soiled, has loss at the spine's head and tail and lower edge, and a closed tear on the rear panel with creasing. .
