The boards are slightly edge rubbed but remain tidy overall. Binding is secure. Spotting on the end pages. Ink inscription from a previous owner and stamp on the front end page. Small cut on the back paste down, which carries through to the spine. No other inscriptions or annotations. Presents well in cellophane. JHK.. Volume 2, published 1946, Very Good, spine faded, prior owner stamp front end page, light foxing to end pages. Volume 2 has 3 fold-out charts, all Fine. Volume 3, published 1948, Very Good, gilt titles at spine rubbed and unreadable, endpages browned, half-title page corner clipped. All 3 volumes are unmarked, except for the stamp in Vol. 2.
