The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some light bumping and rubbing, especially the corners. The text pages are clean and bright. There is a previous owner's bookplate (LeRoy V. Brant) on the front pastedown page. The rear pastedown page has a very small inked number. "Grabhorn founded the Colt Press (19381942) in San Francisco with William M. Roth and Jane Swinerton. The press focused primarily on subjects related to California.
