Exterior shows some spotty and soiling along with something to the edges and spine. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages are toned due to age and there is some light scattered foxy and spotting present. The front pastedown contains the previous owner signature in the opposite end page contains stamp stating "For Sale by Citizens have library 25c ". No other markings found in the book. Title page states this is the second revised edition.
