This copy was bought from an Alberta region Hospital on a book call many years ago. They had a small quantity of titles that all related to insanity and for some reason we forgot about this title until now. The book was given to Dr. Watson? by the author probably when the book came out. The book appears to be very scarce and there has only been one copy at auction and not copies on the internet.
