Wells" written on front copy, presumably this is Marguerite Wells of Minneapolis, director of the Fifth Region. Staple-bound in brown card wrapper, as issued. Wrapper is worn and has come unglued from binding, binding otherwise remains firm; occasional pencil notations in text/margins; moderate amount of foxing and toning to pages and edges. Ships from Dinkytown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

NYS Reformatory at Elmira, NY, 1899. 9" X 6.25" in brown cloth. Moderate soil; lettering faded but still legible; small crack at bottom of inside hinge: GOOD. Interesting state prison "Yearbook" report on operations at the Elmira facility over a century ago. Nifty photos. 126pp. [BD075]. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket.

Both booklets contain text and black and white photographs.
