Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Clipped jacket has light edge-wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

The bo ok is bound in red cloth with black lettering and line decorations on the front board. 314 pages plus the 32 page catalog at the rear. A Ver y Good copy. Rubs to the spine tips and corners with small bumps to th e upper corners. The front board has some mild creasing. Mild soiling to the covers. Book has lightly tanned endpapers but is otherwise clea n, tight and unmarked inside. No dj. Historical Mystery novel. .

Boards have light edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and spine is presentable with minimal crushing and tanning. Unclipped jacket. Jacket has light edge-wear with closed tears and creasing. Dust jacket is in removable protective cover.

Red coloured boards with black entwined author's initials to the lower right-hand corner of the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper with red and blue coloured titles to the front panel and yellow and green coloured titles to the backstrip. Black and white photograph of author to the rear panel. A historical romance by Jeffrey Farnol. Minor bumping to the head and to the heel of the backstrip and rubbing to the book corners. Light tanning of the textblock edges and pages and there are a few foxing spots to the textblock edges. Offset tanning and faint foxing of the end pages. The dustwrapper is showing age and wear – please see photograph. Chipping of the dustwrapper corners and backstrip edges.
