Stunning very large book of photographs from the 1880's to the 1990's of men, women, boys and girls in their underwear. Some of the photographs are funny, sexy and erotic with many of them by famous photographers including Lartigue, Cunningham, Man Ray, Herbert List, Brassai and many more. Lavishly produced and designed and beautifully printed. Fine/fine.

Paris: Editions Nilsson, 1920. First Edition . Cards. A wonderful collection of 60 loose 3" x 3 3/4"hand colored fashion plates on card stock. Originally published in 4 sets of 20 cards each that were enclosed in 4 paper hand colored covers. The 60 cards present womens fashion from 1820 to 1900 and each one is a little gem rich in color and detail. All the cards are fine but lacking the covers.

San Francisco: Chronicle Books, 1984. First Edition . Small Cloths with Dustjackets. Vols. 2 & 3 in the popular designer's guides to color series. The books are illustrated with 100's of color combinations along with patterns. Useful for designers, decorators and just about "anyone who must make a color choice" and don't we all have to do that. Attractive books. Vol. 2 is a first printing and vol 3 is a later printing. Small mended tear to the bottom of the spine panel on vol. 2, otherwise both books are fine/fine. Sold as a collection only.

Collects all 4 issue of Newton's own magazine that he published for ten years. includes many erotic and nude photos of women, portraits of celebrities, journalistic pictures and more. Some color. Nicely printed on heavy glossy paper. Small unobtrusive remaider mark on the bottom edge. Fine.

This is album number 6 and covers the years 1774-1789. Includes 8 loose pages of text and 12 beautiful plates that are in color pochoir. Set in a large paper folder with a nice color illustration on the front cover along with a small illustration on the back cover.Folder has chipping to the edges and average light wear and splitting at the spine. Some mends using archival tape. The plates are in fine condition. Beautiful.

Fashion, articles and nealry 300pgs. of beautiful black & white and color Bruce Weber photographs of handsome young men, and gorgous young women in a parody of a south seas adventure. As is usual with these Abercrombie & Finch catalogs Weber is uncredited, but there is no mistaking his work. Desirable in every sense of the word. Very minute creasing to the very tip of the corner of the front cover which is very lightly mirrored to some of the 1st few pages.

Large lavish book pub. in conj. with an exhibition on contemporary fashion in cinema with essays by a wide range of costume and fashion designers. What really makes the book though is its flashy design and look. Illustrated with many color stills, photos + short bios of costume and fashion designers. Except for a small very faint corner bump to the top of the front cover, the book is near fine.
