Some light marks to the blank margins of a few pages, title page and rear endpaper browned. Not dated looks 1930s or 1940s. Outer boards are a little rubbed on edges with original cord on spine. Dorking UK: Holmesdale Press Limited Excellent book on Dorking in Surrey, originally a paper cover booklet which has been bound in hard cover with original iluustrated paper covers. 60 pages in bright clean condition, many old B/w photographs and old adverts plus very informative text, Previous owners bookplate on inside front cover Geo. Cable and another owners later details neatly written on front endpaper. Endpapers are lightly browned and original covers are lightly foxed to edges. a very nice copy of an interesting guide to old Dorking, not dated but looks early 1900s SEE IMAGE. Excellent book on Hove in Sussex and the surrounding area, 76 pages plus 15 pages of period adverts all in bright clean condition just some browning to one page from an advertisement card bound in and has browned the page it is against,corner creases to a couple of pages. Many B/w photographs and illustrations and pull out map with small closed tear to blank margin, all present as listed plus very informative text. Pasted in slip stating property of The Eastman Library and small ink stamp to title page, these are the only library marks in the book.
