I wonder how many are still in business? with a fantastic section on the history of cheese, so informative..

Hardcover. red boards, with some minor shelf wear, some minor wear to edges and corners etc, jacket has some minor shelf wear, a very good tight clean copy, looks alost as new! a lovely book, lots of handy and interesting tips on how to prepare for the perfect dinner party.... if you thinking of going on Come Dine With me, then read this first!!! lovely recipes include egg pate, beetroot and tomato soup, kiss of paradise, smoky haddock on nut rice, and the desserts..... oh my god! coupe manhatten, lime clouds, red wine jelly, pavlova, danish apple cake. this book is worth having for the dessert recipes alone.

Card Covers. with some minor shelf wear, minor wear to edges and corners, few marks on some pages, probably from sticky fingers! still a good tight clean copy. a selection of recipes as featured on Afternoon Plus, a Thames TV show, the third one to come from that series, packed with nourishing economical dishes that can be cooked up for the family in no time at all, and often from ingredients kept in the larder. and one of my favourites... creme brulee!!!.
