The Grove Press , 1958. First Edition, Hardcover. This is one of the uncommon hardcover numbered editions. This is number 44 of 100 copies. This is a very uncommon Kerouac book. No Dust Jacket as issued. The book is near fine, with very slight sunning on spine, but still in very collectible condition. This is a book that does not show up very often. This was issued simultaneously in three editions, a limited numbered edition, a hardcover edition, and a paperbound version. The hardcover first printings are extremely rare, and this even more so. Uncommon. This book would be near fine except for the spine which has the gold text slightly oxidized, and is darkened.. Limited/Numbered. Hard Cover. Very Good+/Near Fine.

New Directions (1959) First Edition, SIGNED. This is one of 750 signed/limited copies, this being number 83. This is a 120 page excerpt from the novel of the same name which was eventually published after Kerouac's death. This is a sure way to make sure that you are getting a signed Kerouac book. This copy includes the publication slip laid in. This copy is vg, with a mylar dust jacket, not sure if it is original mylar jacket (probably not, but it has been on for a while). This is one of 750 signed, limited editions (this is number 740). This book is a little beat as the mylar DJ is missing, and as a result the white covers are toned at the top third. Might have some contact with moister. Still an acceptable copy of a signed Kerouac item if you are not looking for a fine copy. Overall condition:binding good/very good. Pages: very good/vg+. Lion 99, 1952. This is the classic Jim Thompson title and perhaps the classic title of the last 50 years. This paperback original was published by Lion Books and has been reprinted many times since. as well as made into a minor movie. The book in nice, square, with very minor wear on covers. A very presentable copy. Only one minor crease (more a slight flat bend) on the front cover, barely noticable. The rear lower corner is bumped and chipped an 1/8 on an inch. (goes in for 10 pages or so). Uncreased flat spine. This book is very uncommon in this nice a condition. I try to accurately grade this tough book, and I have seen only a couple of copies that are as nice as this over the past 10 years.. First Edition, Paperback Original. Mass Market Paperback.
