Hardcover. Very Good. Set retails for over $103,000. Volumes range from "Very Good" to "Like New" in condition with many of them possibly never read. These came from a university library so most still have a spine tag. However, from our experimentation these are easily removed with almost no noticeable damage to the spine if the buyer wishes to do so. Flyleaf and title pages have withdrawn stamps over the university stamps. Some volumes may have some slight fading of the lettering due to rubbing against other volumes on the shelf. Books do not have the reddish line that appears in the photo as this is a problem with our scanner. Set includes volumes 1-288 which were published from 1973-2010. A bonus paperback index in good condition of volumes 1-269 is also included.

Fair. Good, solid copy with a clean, unmarked interior. Rated "Acceptable" due to the lack of a dust jacket and some wear and color loss on the front cover. Small ring from possibly a drink on the back cover.

Randle, John and Rosalind Randle (eds.). Hardcover. Very Good. Excellent, limited edition copy! One of the few indications that the book is not new is some minor wrinkling of the dust jacket on the top edges. This is one of only 830 copies bound in stiff cover.

Very Good. Essentially 'like new', but pages have mellowed to a golden tone with age. Clean crisp covers. No name or markings noted. Barest bit of tip wear.

Good. Good, solid copy with clean, unmarked pages. In general, the cover of the book is still in very good shape. However, the tips of the cover corners tend to turn up some, and the bottom edge of the spine shows some wear.

Cover shows some minor ink staining in one spot plus some moderate wear especially on the spine ends and corners, but the book is generally solid. The binding has started to separate slightly between the flyleaf and title page. Some pencil notes and underling throughout as well as former owner's information on the inside cover and the flyleaf. A printed description of the book is pasted inside the back cover. No dust jacket.
