This is a former library book that is in good condition but has the typical stamps and library tags on the front and back end sheets as well as a sticky spot in the shape of a small rectangle on the front cover at the top right hand corner.
This is a sturdy, crisp copy of a rare book with everything you could want to know about the Plains Indians.
The canvas covers are clean and show no wear other than the forementioned sticky rectangle.

This beautiful first edition book, signed by Anne Hill and Starhawk, is in very good condition. The dust jacket has mild wear on top edge of spine, but book is mint with clean, crisp pages.

This is a rare first edition hardback in very good condition. The book is pristine. The jacket shows mild wear with a clipped bottom edge inside the front flap. The front flap also has the price tag of $149 from Bretano's. Marguerite Yourcenar was the first woman to become a member of the French Academy. This novel tells the love story of three young people during the war.

This set of Avon True Romance had 12 novels initially. Sadly, they are out of print and not so easy to find. This is a nice set of six of those paperback books in the Teen Romance genre by six different authors. Each book is about 250-300 pages long and each follows the romance of different pairs of characters. The titles and authors are Belle and the Beau by Beverly Jenkins, Samantha and the Cowboy by Lorraine Heath, Catherine and the Pirate by Karen Hawkins, and Nicola and the Viscount by Meg Cabot, Gwyneth and the Thief by Margaret Moore, and Anna and the Duke by Kathryn Smith. Volume 1 has a tiny tear at the base of the spine and volume 4 is creased down its spine. Other than that, the books are very good, sturdy, clean, and their pages are crisp with no marks, dog ears, or tears, stains or damage.

This is a set of very good paperback books including volumes 3, 4, 5, and 6. Each book has about 335 pages. These appear to be unread, but have some minor wear and rubbing on the covers. Otherwise, no marks, damage, stains or yellowing of pages.

The Wave Series explores what the author calls, "a map to the complex labyrinth we call life."

This rare find is in good + condition with some fading of the book's covers at the top of the spine, as are the red pages at the top. The pages are lightly yellowed but clean and crisp with the exception of one dog ear and small stain on one page, and a red smudge on the title page. As well, the front end sheet has the price of $8 written in pencil. The binding is mint, and the book is solid. The dust jacket has wear and creases and minor tears at the top and bottom of the spine and at the top and bottom edges. The back top of the dust jacket has been taped. These are hardback volumes 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the Grolier Society Lands and Peoples Encyclopedias. The books are in Very Good condition. The book photographed, vol 1, has the most wear of the set. Please note the age of these books when seeing the pics. They are in remarkable and very sturdy, crisp and clean condition.
As well, with volume one, the book's back cover shows some wear along its edges, as does the spine. The other volumes, as noted are in even better condition.

This darling children's book is in very good condition with clean pages and some minor wear to its cover. The bottom edge near the spine is rubbed, as is the top edge of the front cover. No marks, creases, stains or damage to is pages. The book is dedicated to Leonard Bernstein.

This rare hardback book is in fair condition and showing a compromised binding, as you'll see in the photos. The cover, while intact, h a 1/8 inch tear at the base of the spine on the front. As well, it is rough around the top edge at the spine and top right corner, and shows wear and rubbing. The back jacket has a 1/4 inch tear at the top edge. The pages are clean and crisp but show underlining and highlighting on pages 1 to 6. The front end sheet has an inscription and a gold label from the Astara Lodestar Retreat Center.
This small book explains the theosophical concept of man as a divine being clothed in different garments through which he functions at different levels. Dr. Annie Besant, the author, was the second world president of the Theosophical society.

This rare signed copy of a self-published book by Richard Dreamwalker is in good condition, showing shelf wear on the covers. The book's pages are clean and crisp, and the book is inscribed to Peter Wood, and signed by Dreamwalker.

This colorfully illustrated 1966 Regina Medal-winning childrens's book is about the adventures of Luigi, the organ grinder, and his pet monkey, Piccolo, as they explore the cable car system in Los Angeles in the 1960's. In addition to this being a very colorully illustrated edition, the author has hand painted a full page floral design above his signature on the frontice page. A REAL TREASURE! Pages are clean with light tanning in folds and page edges.

The pages are yellowed, and the front cover shows some staining and a crease down the left side. This is a rare 1st edition, 1965, hard to find book. It's one you'll want to add to your collection of sci-fi.

This beautiful exhibit of the works of American painter, Edgar Payne, features his Western, Southwestern and Navajo country paintings in addition to his renditions of the High Sierras, Swiss mountains and French and Italian boat scenes. This copy with dark red boards is in very good condition, but missing dust jacket.
