Very Scarce. Includes original wooden shipping box with "P.P.I.E. -- SF" stamped on the front panel of the box. The front panel of the box was broken into three parts, and has since been glued back together using wood glue. All five volumes include their original plain tan paper DJs with round title holes along spines. Publisher's burnt orange cloth boards with gilt lettering along spines and front covers, gilt stamped sculpture of naked man with exposition in background on front covers. Includes 600 illustrations, with 61 plates in color. Minor shelfwear: a few small tears along edges of paper DJs, some very light foxing. All volumes are tightly bound, no marks. Set is in Near Fine condition..
