Both copies are "Casewrapped": one is a 2nd impression and has had a scribble and owner's name removed. Both copies are somewhat bumped at tail of spine; otherwise clean. Magnificent col photos thr'out; maps. Suitable for presents but please expect extra postage overseas.

Lower corners and tail of spine have been restored. Front top corner has been wetted , nowhere extending into the text but thru' all pages. 32pp col photog plates , some with more than one image, some double page, all stunning. Signed by author of text.
