Large 8vo HB. pp; 400. A previous owner has drawn a charming cartoon on the ffep. Some light discolouration to endpapers and gutters, also to edges of text-block. Good in cocoa-brown cloth, lettered gilt to spine, with some marking along the top edge of the upper board, and some mild rubbing to both top and bottom edges of both boards. In a Fair jacket with moderate shelf-wear, some light chipping and two small splits to the top edge, some discolouration and marking to both obverse and reverse, creasing to edge of front flap. Light bumping to corners and a small scuff to the bottom edge of the upper board. In a Fair jacket with mild overall marking, chipping to the head of the spine, and a closed tear to the rear foot of the spine.
