This is album number 6 and covers the years 1774-1789. Includes 8 loose pages of text and 12 beautiful plates that are in color pochoir. Set in a large paper folder with a nice color illustration on the front cover along with a small illustration on the back cover.Folder has chipping to the edges and average light wear and splitting at the spine. Some mends using archival tape. The plates are in fine condition. Beautiful.

Phila.: Blue Flower, 1980. First Edition . Small Oblong Paper. SIGNED BY LAURENCE SALZMANN ON THE FRONT ENDSHEET. 24 photographs by Salzmann taken at the baths in a small town in Romania.. The photos are strong and expressionistic in their pictorial compostions showing the men in vulnerable situations and document a lost segment of the Jewish community in this small town. The photos also can't help but bring to mind the holocaust because of the interiors of the bath house bare some resemblance to the death chambers of the concentration camps. Laid in is a nice large 4pg. brochure for the sale of the prints. The fragile paper covers have wear, and minor creases which appears to be common with this book, the interior of the book is very good..

The film starred Jean Gabin & Erich Von Stroheim who both gave superb performances. The book includes the complete screenplay (dialogue) printed under 100's of well printed frames. Also includes bios & reviews. Fine/fine. Also included is the 1968 Simon & Schuster paper edition of the screenplay which is in English & includes short pieces by Renoir & Von Stroheim & 38 stills on plts. Very minute rubbing to front cover, otherwise a near fine copy. Sold as a collection only.

Originally published in 4 sets of 20 cards each that were enclosed in 4 paper hand colored covers. The 60 cards present womens fashion from 1820 to 1900 and each one is a little gem rich in color and detail. All the cards are fine but lacking the covers.
