(London: Macmillan and Co. Ltd). On offer is the boxed set of 75 full-colour class pictures (360 mm x 345 mm) which accompanies the five-volume reference set (not on offer). While most are unsigned and no doubt commisioned by the publisher there are three splendid examples by Disney, Studdy and Mabel Lucie Attwell and a number of others by good commercial artists of the day. ‘Index to Class Pictures’ on box. They are in very good to near fine order, only the first ‘Helping Mother’ is damaged; some have marginal perforations from class-room use; a very few have old tape repair; the box is heavily worn but still functional.
