This is a very good- copy of a first edition paper back book. The cover shows mild wear at the top and base of the spine, and at the book's top and bottom front cover, which has a minor crease. The pages are clean and bright, and free of marks, stains or damage.

This is a beautiful book with a front end sheet inscription from a teacher to her student, signed in 1914. The mylar cover has preserved the book, which had gold leaf inlaid title, and still shows remnants of gold leaf. Also, the cover features a water color pink rose. The dark green cover shows minor wear around the base and edges on the cover and back of the book. The front end sheet is pulling away from the binding but the pages are clean and crisp but are showing yellowing from age. The book's spine has pulled away from the binding and needs repair. This is a very good + book, but the dust jacket has a small slice/ like a razor blade slice on the edges of the book's front and back boards. The slices are not visible, but they can be felt as you run your finger along the edge of the front cover and back cover. Otherwise, the book is in perfect condition with clean, crisp pages.
