The title on the cover is as listed but on the title page it is listed, "Can The Living Talk With The Dead?" The back cover is sunned. This is a staple bound 70 page booklet.

A note of thanks at front of book indicates that five thousand children read sixty stories and decided which ones they liked the best. This book contains the forty-one stories which received the most votes. Total pages 347. Size is 7 inches high by 5 1/2 inches wide and 7/8 inches thick.

No writing or marks or inscriptions. I believe this is unread. There is a round paw sticker on inside front flap. The DJ is good but has some wrinkling at the edges and some slight scratches on the back. There is a small checkmark on the bottom page edges.

Staple bound book. Some pencil marks at table of contents. No other marks or writing. No page creasing. 98 pages.

Small book 4 1/4" wide by 5 5/8" high by 3/4" thick. Corners are bumped and worn hard. The first blank page has a little silverfish damage. Very slight water stain on top pages. No tears.

Spine is worn and edges of front and back covers. Front cover has a crease on the lower corner. Back cover has some writing. The upper right corners of some of the pages are creased. Pages are browned. Total pages 352.

There is some rubbing at the edges of the front cover. A smaller paper was laying on the rear cover that protected the cover underneath from dirt and dust and now that the paper is gone part of back cover is cleaner than the rest. Identification mark in upper corner of title page. This is a staple bound pamphlet with an introduction by Jerry Falwell.
