Hans-Hermann Bennhold (1893-1976) Internist und Hochschullehrer, sein wichtiges Forschungsgebiet war die Funktion der Serumeiweißkörper und der inneren Sekretion. Nach ihm ist die Bennholdsche Eiweißprobe (auch Kongorot-Probe) genannt.
