London: Marshall Brothers No date, dark green cloth with wear and rubbing, corners bumped, spine ends beginning to fray, staining to rear board, dust to rough-trimmed edges, owner name and pencilled comment (dated 1917) to front free endpaper, a few pencil marks to margins within, internally generally good with page tanning, mainly to margins.. Hardcover. Good.
