Cream colored cloth over boards with rust colored illustration on upper and rust colored text on spine; corners are bumped. Color illustrated dust jacket with gold colored text on upper and spine; dj has a 1 1/4" X 2 3/4" torn away area on the tail end of upper, and a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" torn away area on head of lower; else minor chips to head and tail of spine and chips to all extremities; scuffing overall showing on the black background; price clipped. Interior pages are extremely clean for a cook book and are not marked except ffep which has a gift inscription. Binding is tight. Recipes include gumbos, jambalayas, fish and seafoods.

This is an absolutely fabulous cookbook. Layers on top of layers of flavor. He is excellent at teaching the art of Louisiana cooking. A must have book for any person serious about this style of cooking.
