None of the recipes are attributed. Contents appear pretty typical but belie many of the offered recipes leaning heavily towards a more elevated dining experience. As example, in the content of "Main Dishes", are found B'Stilla (a Moroccan dish requiring some skill) and Medallions of Veal with ginger, Lime and Kiwi; Sweet and Sour Prawns and Saumen en Croute (Salmon in Puff Pastry). "Desserts" offer Charlottka, Chocolate Eclairs and Macadamia Nut Pie. Contents: Menus; Appetizers; Salads; Breads; Soups; Main Dishes; Vegetables; Desserts; Beverages. ; 8vo .
